- Ingredients: Milk Thistle (Silybum marianum) Seed Extract providing 56 mg silymarin (containing silybin, isosilybin, silydianin, silychristin). 112 mg per tablet. Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable), silica, and magnesium stearate (vegetable).
- Directions: Take one tablet three times daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
