Description
- Each capsule of Mg-Orotate 500 mg supplies 500 mg of magnesium as Magnesium Orotate. Orotic acid and its salts have been demonstrated to significantly improve cardiac function in settings associated with ischemia–reperfusion (I/R) injury. Additionally, when administered at the onset of reperfusion following ischemia in animals, it was noted to significantly preserve left ventricle (LV) function, and also reduced infarct size.
Supplement Facts
- Dosage: Two (2) capsules (preferably at bedtime) each day as a dietary supplement or as otherwise directed by a healthcare professional.
Active Ingredients
- Magnesium (as magnesium orotate). Each capsule of Mg-Orotate 500 mg contains 500 mg of fully reacted magnesium orotate.
Other Ingredients
- Capsule shell (gelatin and water), cellulose and magnesium stearate (vegetable source). This product is gluten and dairy free.
