iron (as iron glycinate and 50% as iron aspartate)
15 mg.
ascorbyl palmitate (fat-soluble vitamin C)
3 mg.
other ingredients: hypoallergenic plant fiber (cellulose), vegetarian capsule (cellulose, water)
