HOW SALICINIUM WORKS

Every normal cell in our body takes in oxygen from our blood to perform its function; this is called respiration or an aerobic process and this process takes place in the mitochondria. Cells take in oxygen and perform their functions by producing a chemical called Adenosine tri-phosphate or ATP for short, which is the vital energy that runs our entire body.

Nobel Laureate Dr. Otto Warburg published in 1926 that by placing normal cells in a vacuum chamber and lowering oxygen content by 35%, normal cells had the ability to continue living without respiration: it is a survival process that every single cell in our body has the ability to do. This is called an anaerobic process meaning without oxygen or respiration.

Every cell in our body has a completely different set of enzymes and a completely different way of living than by respiration which is quiescent until needed. We experience this every time we work or exercise too hard and our oxygen starved muscles become sore. The soreness is caused by the formation of Lactic Acid as some of our cells live anaerobically while returning to respiration. Dr. Warburg realized that after a short time in hours, one could add oxygen back and those cells would return to aerobic activity. However, if held in a reduced oxygen state long enough they become committed to being anaerobic cells. If oxygen is depleted long enough, cells lose their RNA and DNA identity and are permanently obligated anaerobic cells reproducing only other anaerobic cells.

This new way of living for the formerly normal aerobic cell is called anaerobiasis and is accomplished by a process of fermentation. These cells now produce only five percent as much ATP or energy as formerly. They now ferment simple sugars—any sugar; it makes no difference to a fermenting cell what type of sugar. It is believed they have the ability to develop 19 times the number of sugar receptors on their surface as normal cells. If it weren't for this low-energy phenomenon cancer would grow at the same rate as our normal cells and we would die very quickly. All dedicated or obligated fermenting cells have a universal co-enzyme called NAD+ and its function is very simple. Anaerobic or fermenting cells which include malignant cells all have a very acidic outside environment and an alkaline inside environment.

The NAD+ coenzyme travels the inside of the cell attaching itself to a hydrogen atom becoming NADH- and then transferring the hydrogen through the Trans Golgi Network to the outside by way of lactate and into the bloodstream. Taking the hydrogen from inside the cell to the outside, repeating this simple cycle of dismutation over and over again. A lack of hydrogen is alkaline and an abundance is acid. Medical science says there are 210 different types of cells. This means there are 210 different places – or different tissues - in the human body for anaerobic malignant or cancerous) cells to grow but the one function of the NAD+ co-enzyme is universal to all of those 210 different fermenting cells.

Glycome means sugar. Salicinium is a Glycome; a complexed molecule, the active ingredient being attached to a glycome. The sugar hungry malignant cell sees the glycome passing by in the blood, takes it in and very quickly another enzyme universal only to fermenting cells, beta-Glucosidase splits the sugar from the combined molecule. The NON-glycome material in Salicinium upon being released, attaches to the NAD+co-enzyme and disrupts the fermentation process by stopping dismutation. This is now the crux or turning point in the life of a fermenting cell.

Salicinium changes the way the macrophage of the immune system recognizes diseased cells through immune modulation. The Nagalase enzyme produced by anaerobic cells shuts down the natural function of the immune system providing safety for these diseased cells.

The composite Salicinium molecule will only affect anaerobic cells destroying the enzymatic “cloak” which allows them to hide from the immune system’s NK cells. Salicinium stops the production of Nagalase and lactate removing their protection while simultaneously stimulating the the innate immune macrophage to eliminate these diseased cells.

Changing the cellular environment to stop fermentive diseases

By Thomas S. Lee NMD, APH

Every normal cell in the body takes in glucose and oxygen from the blood to produce energy needed to perform its function.  This process is called respiration, an aerobic process where energy for the cell is produced from fuels and units of power are created as Adenosine Tri-Phosphate (ATP).

The first stage of respiration—glycolysis—uses glucose.  The second stage of respiration is fueled by oxygen.  The important things to know about these two ways of making energy are that:

  • Glycolysis takes place in the cytoplasm—the liquid part of the cell.  Aerobic respiration takes place in the cell's mitochondria.

  • Glycolysis is part of both aerobic and anaerobic respiration.

  • Unlike other types of respiration, glycolysis does not require oxygen.

  • Glycolysis splits glucose, a six-carbon compound, into two pyruvate molecules, each of which has three carbons.

  • In glycolysis, a cell will use two units of energy as ATP, to gain back four in return.

  • Glycolysis in the Krebs Cycle yields two ATP units, while if oxygen is available, the electron transport chain part of that cycle produces 34 units of ATP.

Sugar alone as a fuel is far less efficient than sugar plus oxygen.  The process that makes energy from sugar without oxygen is known as fermentation.  Fermentation in the body is associated with an environment that is high in blood sugar and lower in oxygen, and with various disease states that we want to avoid.  The diseases of fermentation cause great suffering and untimely death, so it's important to understand what they are and how to treat them.

Fermentation may occur in conditions of high sugar and low oxygen, along with moisture, darkness, and warmth.  That could take place in a vat of beer, on a piece of building material, or inside the bloodstream.

Fermentation processes involve anaerobic organisms (those that live in low-oxygen environments), and a person can become diseased by infection by these organisms if the body environment is conducive to their growth.  Some diseases of fermentation that you might recognize are Candida albicans, athlete’s foot, fungal infections of the lung or other tissues.

OraSal is a micro-encapsulated version of Salicinium.™  The Salicinium molecule has been proven to behave inside the cell in a way that can stop the first phase of respiration (glycolysis) without harming the oxygen stage of normal cell respiration.  Remember that while glycolysis is less efficient, it is the only type of respiration available to a fermenting cell.

Salicinium and OraSal have proven able to precisely target fermenting cells.  However, the proper use of these products requires that the right amount and right form of this molecule are presented to the most important tissues and cells that are undergoing fermentive and neoplastic changes.  Both the cellular metabolism of the patient and the biological effects of Salicinium must be understood in applying the protocols that have been developed to keep it safe and effective.

Most of the conventional technology of diagnosis and imaging of a disease process is still valuable, but now the most toxic and invasive technologies such as chemotherapy, radiation, and surgery can be scaled down.  This is because targeting only the unhealthy cells for treatment allows the patient's own immune system to regain control and maintain its normal healthy defenses.

When various conditions such as chronic physical or mental stress create a bodily environment that favors fermentation—that is, one which is anaerobic with higher blood sugar levels and various possible internal or environmental toxins present—the cells involved adapt and become dependent upon fermentation.  These changed cells produce only five percent as much ATP or energy as they formerly did.  They now ferment all simple sugars—which includes almost any type of sugar.  It is believed that these modified ("bad") cells have the ability to develop 19 times the number of sugar receptors on their surfaces as normal cells.

Nagalase is an enzyme which has the ability to completely shut down the localized immune macrophage, whose job is to destroy any cell that has been harmed or become dysfunctional.  When oxygen is returned to the cell and aerobic respiration resumes, the cell may return to normal health.  However, if the cell has been damaged and fails to return to aerobic respiration, it must become a functioning anaerobe, deriving its energy from glycolysis.  Nagalase enzyme activity continues to suppress the immune system and protect the anaerobic  cell.

Salicinium, after binding to NAD+, causes the cell to stop making nagalase.  This lets the macrophages resume their healthy protective functions.  Without nagalase protection, the  fermentive cell is now uncloaked from the view of the healthy macrophage.

Salicinium does not "kill" or "cure" fermenting cells—only the immune system can do that.

Salicinium does, however, help the immune system return to a functional state.

Once inside a diseased cell, it only impairs the anaerobic stage of glycolysis.

Here is a complete monthly protocol and the products you will need

Orasal is part of a recommended protocol consisting of four products

1. ORASAL: This is the Salicinium - You will need 2 bottles per month

Usage Instructions

Avoid Supplemental Vitamin C:  While taking Orasal, avoid taking high-dose Vitamin C supplements at the same time, whether by injection, IV, or orally.  This is because Vitamin C decreases the effective actions of Salicinium.  While nutritional supplements of under 500mg daily are probably of no concern, larger amounts seem to lessen the effects of Salicinium, so avoid them during the course of your use of it.

Dosage: MORNING: 8ML / EVENING: 8ML

Dilute 8 milliliters of ORSAL concentrate(4 pumps using the included pump) into at least 8 ounces of water.  Please wash the pump in hot water prior to use to make sure there are no contaminates. Orasal does not need to be taken on an empty stomach but should be taken 15 minutes away from other food or any acidic drinks. Do not mix Orasal with acidic liquids including coffee, tea, juice, smoothies.

Two bottles of Orasal are need for a one months supply. Each bottle contains 10.5 fluid oz

16 milliliters of Orasal concentrate is equal to 6 grams of Salicinium.
