OUR SHIPPING POLICIES
Shipping Time -- Most orders received will ship that same day or within two to three days thereafter, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 4:00 PM EST will ship the next business day. Orders are not shipped on Thursday, Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by drguberman.com or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

If you order a product via priority mail or express overnight and product is not in stock we will make every effort to ship your product as soon as possible via the expedited shipping method you choose.  We will be happy to refund your monies for shipping but we then will mail your package via ground at no charge to you.

RETURNS:

Acceptance of your order constitutes acceptance of this return policy below and supersedes all other warranties and guarantees, including all credit card warranties.

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON ALL LIQUIDS, OILS, CREAMS, and AT-HOME TESTING KITS. THESE ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN.

All returns must be called into the office at 800-333-9942 to receive a return approval number.  No returns will be excepted unless first called in for approval.

Products have no warranties either expressed or implied that they can effect any human condition.

Open bottles and open products(testing kits) cannot be returned.

No purchase will be refunded after seven days.

A receipt must accompany any merchandise returned.

Customer is responsible for the cost of returning mail order items and the cost of the original shipping.


                                                         Merchandise paid for by check will be refunded by check within 30 days.


There will be a fee charged of up to 20% based upon the amount of the original order returned for restocking and or paper work performed.

International Orders and Return Policy:


Because of regulations governing foreign countries, customs, and shipping policies, please note that we cannot issue refunds or accept returns on any products shipped outside of the United States for any reason. We are not responsible for issues that may arise pertaining to international orders, unexpected product damages or problems, or any delays affecting your delivery date. If your international order is lost or misplaced at customs or your local postal facility, we cannot offer a replacement or refund. Shipping or custom fees are also not subject to refund.

On high-volume orders, additional shipping and handling fees are applicable depending on your country of origin.



Shipping options outside of the United States:


Shipments outside of the United States are subject to different rates and use different shippers which will be identified at the time that the order is placed. You the customer are responsible and solely bear the risk for all applicable duties, fines and taxes. You also bear the risk of government seizure or delay of the shipment. 

Note that international orders may take anywhere between 14-30 days to arrive, with some exceptions possible. Orders are typically sent to international shipping handlers Tuesdays and Fridays. In the absence of a 10-pound batch minimum, orders are held until the following week's shipping day(s). Thereafter, international shippers reserve the right to process and ship packages at their discretion, which is outside of drguberman.com control. 


Importer of Record: To say this another way, when you order from drguberman.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Before you place your order, please be sure of your local customs laws concerning the shipment of dietary supplements. We cannot be held responsible or accountable for any taxes, duties, tariffs, quarantine fees, or package warehousing fees assessed by your local customs office.

Customs Returns: If an item is returned to us due to a customs related issue, you may be billed a 20% restocking fee. In addition, your credit card will be charged for any extra shipping costs incurred by drguberman.com to retrieve your package.

Customs Returns/Credits: If your package is returned to us because of customs issues you will be credited as above, for the merchandise if the package is returned to us in saleable condition.
