• Supplies 200 mg of d-Gamma tocopherol with other mixed tocopherol isomers.
• Y-tocopherol, and its primary metabolite y-CEHC, have been shown to lower prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) via the inhibition of COX-2. A study illustrated y-tocopherol’s effects, showing a significant lowering of PGE2, along with a reduction of lipid peroxidation and LDH activity at the site of inflammation.
