Li-Zyme Forte supplies the trace mineral lithium as a whole food, phytochemically bound vegetable culture source. It may be used where a higher concentration of lithium is indicated. Typical daily intakes range from 200 to 600 mcg per day; each tablet supplies 150 mcg of plant-sourced lithium.

Active Ingredients
- Lithium (from vegetable culture) — Specially grown, biologically active vegetable culture containing Phytochemically Bound Lithium and other phytochemicals including polyphenolic compounds with SOD and catalase, dehydrated at low temperature to preserve associated enzyme factors.
Other Ingredients
- Stearic acid (vegetable source), food glaze, modified cellulose gum, magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and cellulose. This product is gluten, dairy and GMO free.
