Ingredients: Rice Bran Oil, Organic Coconut Oil, USP Progesterone, USP Estriol, USP Estradiol and Vitamin E.

Per 10 drops: About 40mg of Progesterone, 1.6mg of Estriol and 0.4mg of Estradiol.

Directions: SHAKE WELL, then apply 2 to 5 drops, repeat procedure twice daily or according to your healthcare practitioner. It works again!

Tried everything under the sun since the pellets were discontinued, even the first iteration of the phyto-bl. Nothing worked. In fact,I was worse of from being estrogen dominant from the other junk I was taking to find the holy grail again. Honestly, you can really screw yourself up, as I did, to find relief. The new Phyto-bL 4x is working!!!!I put 5 drops under my tongue 2x a day. As w/the pellets I'm sure I can cut back to once a day after a while.

Omg, I had tried PhytoB-L with Estrovera but was still having those horrible hot flashes. I am so excited with PhytoB-L 4x, it is wonderful and its working great. I feel like the old days when PhytoB was still in the market. Thank you Dr.Guberman and especially to Karen helping with doubts that I had.

Just started to take in the last week but can already start to feel a difference. Very encouraging!! Nothing else I have tried has worked since the pellets. Finally - hope again - YEAH!!!

AMAZING results. I started having hot flashes and was told about this product by a friend. From the very first time I took it, it took away the flashes. Aside from a slight bitter taste, it is wonderful and I highly recommend it.

The product works great. Grateful to have an actual replacement for the PhytoB tabs. However the amount of product in a bottle was reduced by 30%. The 10 ml is 200 drops and at 10 drops a day that is a 20 day supply. In the tab form there were 240 tabs and at 8 tabs a day, a 30 day supply. When I used the tabs I only took 4 tabs a day... didn't need more. I do need 10 drops of this product. Sadly, the there is less product, the price remained the same.

I am so exciting to have something back on the market that really works. Since the discontinuation of the pellets I was at a loss and tried every natural thing on the market and nothing worked. My hot flashes and night sweats just got worse and worse. I've now been on Phyto B 4 4X for two weeks now and all my flashes and sweats are gone. Thank goodness for the new product...I'm in heaven!
