Dosage and Use
- Take one (1) AM tablet in the morning and one (1) PM tablet 30-60 minutes before bed, with or without food, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner.

- After taking the PM tablet, do not drive or operate heavy machinery and use caution if combining with alcohol.
