Dr. Guberman,DC,DCBCN,DCCN attended The State University of New York-New York Chiropractic College where he received his degree as Doctor of Chiropractic in 1978. He is a licensed Chiropractic Physician, Certified Acupuncturist and holds two Diplomates in Nutrition. He is one of only 168 doctors nationwide that holds a Diplomate in nutrition from The Chiropractic Board of Clinical Nutrition. He also is a Diplomate of the College of Clinical Nutrition. Dr. Guberman formulates and sells his personally developed formulas to thousands of chiropractors throughout the United States. He also has formulated specific nutritional products for the NFL, Ophthalmologists, Dentists and other professionals.

Once payment is made you will receive a link to fill out the metabolic assessment forms. This will be emailed back to Dr. Guberman.
Along with the metabolic assessment forms, you will send via email, fax, or mail all records that you have on hand that will add to the information necessary to complete your visit with Dr. Guberman
Once all this information is received you will receive a calendar link for a specific time that you and Dr. Guberman will video conference. You will also receive the link for your video conference with Dr. Guberman.
